Man exposes himself to woman in Netham Park

POLICE are trying to trace a man who indecently exposed himself to a woman in Netham Park.

Officers say the incident happened at around 8.30pm yesterday as the 27-year-old woman walked through the park.

She described the man as white, heavily-built and balding.

He was wearing a white t-shirt with blue stripes, a dark-coloured jacket and was holding a can of alcoholic drink.

The police neighbourhood team is patrolling the park area in the light of the incident.

Anyone who thinks they know who the man is or saw him last night should call 101 or contact the police online, quoting the crime reference number 5220 105 252.

Police are encouraging anyone else who experiences similar behaviour to get to safety in a busy area and report it immediately by calling 999.
